Courses offered by ITA include:

Training Delivery

Delivery is totally flexible. It is usually carried out on site although some Public Seminars are run as demand requires.

We do not encourage a 4-day block course in any subject, but prefer 2-day modules set, say, a month apart. Even better for some courses are 1-day modules or ½ day modules set 2 to 4 weeks apart.

• Better retention of information
• In dealing with questions arising over the extended period there is a consolidation of learning
• The development of a coaching, or mentoring, relationship over the extended period
• More flexibility in the release of participants from their normal duties and shifts

Customisation of Training

We prefer to tailor each course to the client's specific requirements and situation. We will prepare your own in house trainers so that they may deliver our customised courses to your staff at your site.
